After concrete, rebar, labor, taxes, insurance, fuel, etc. He has to make a profit or there won't be any more victory. And, no point in doing a 2000 dollar job when he could be on a giant driveway, sidewalk and patio. Even when we all know he's going to be short handed.

It’s so hard to find guys now who want to work it’s crazy. I work every day from 9am to 9pm 7 days a week fr I have a two hr break from 215 to 415 every day. I like money. I’ve worked with a broken wrist doing concrete work. Been in the business since I was a little kid I’m 38 now . I love it. I remember going to work in the summers with my father. He had his business for over 30 yrs until he passed. Keep up the great work. I’ll come work with u if u ever need help lol

i think Francisco is the best worker, watch him in the background of the videos 90% of the time he’s staying busy. Eric has the skill just seems to not put in much effort but absolutely could produce great work if he wanted to. i’d say he has a solid group of guys around him. most importantly he is giving all the guys a fair shot and seems to be working out just fine. all my opinion from what i’ve seen over the years. also they are missing the biggest part of the crew,Bugs. watch eric once bugs is back he won’t be acting like he has this season with him around.

With that being said, I don’t think it was very professional of you to talk about everything you were going to do for the customer, the border and diamond joints (even if they didn’t pay for it) if you weren’t going to do it.
