Not sure If this Is U12 or not, but there is a separate optional file for TOR called The Outer Rim - Blaster NPC's. you will also need Firearm AI fix by HuJohner

Depends on where u are and what your comfortable with. If you have a PC you can link a meta quest 2 to it or blade and sorcery nomad may have this mod, but I'm not sure. Quest 2's are around $200, but if you have the money I would go with the quest 3 at $500
