Work smarter not harder and put comfort as the second only to the outside looks of a costume. Where on the outfit can you hide battery packs? Where can you hide blowers to get air moving between you and the costume? Where can you run wires with quick connects to quickly get in/out with the power connections for said blowers without them being visible or can the be hidden as part of the design? For Vader the cape hides so much so you could easily hide some large computer fans in the small of the back blowing air in with mesh over to keep from pulling cloth in or sucking air out to have it pulled in from the openings in the armor and making the cape billow from the exhaust air. Air movement in the helm is harder without looking at it up close on where to hide fans/blowers but might be able to fit some small fans around the neck area just to get some air movement over the head. The other idea is if you are going to be standing in a location get yourself a fan to blow up into a spot to get between the armor and you to help evaporate the moisture letting you stick around a place longer before you become uncomfortable. Hikers drinking bags are another fun one as you can have a drinking tube to drink without taking the helm off and no one knows you have it from the outside.

Do you actually have two versions of the helmet? Because at some parts it looks like the ESB version, and at other parts the ROTJ version (the space between the proper helmet and the bars on the mask is longer). Perhaps it is just me. If I'm mistaken, could you tell me which version you have? I'm curious. Anyway very cool videos

So In most my older videos I was wearing an ROTJ helmet and ROTJ Vader costume. In newer videos I switched to an ESB helmet and ESB costume :). Good eye
