Make matters worst the suit was never made for Anakin to grow stronger and help him was made to torment him and give immense pain when ever he walked, fight and use the force. The Empire had resources and Palpatine can make a suit to heal and help Anakin recover would make Darth Vader far more formidable and deadly but being Darth Sidious would rather make his apprentice suffer forever.
