Fatah represents the Palestinian people and are the ones who have representatives in foreign countries. They also used to control the Gaza Strip until Hamas beat them in a civil war in Gaza. Fatah actively tries to look for peace with Israel and is way more democratic and secular than Hamas. They oppose Hamas.

They may not be the sole authority but about half of Palestine is still no joke. Plus, Hamas still associates themselves with this same flag as far as I know. Regardless, I can’t get into the nitty gritty of my full range of beliefs with just a small profile picture and short username. I don’t even support Israel 100% either. I just think they are the lesser of two evils.
