Casiotone 403 Demo

Bravo sir! :) I recently rediscovered this particular Casio 403 stored under my bed. I was born in 83 and I can remember it always being in our house. I plugged it in and am so grateful it stayed with me all these years. It's a marvelous music instrument

The 'variation' button gives the rhythms in white above and below the rhythm keys. Nice vid, these machines have lovely analogue sounds and the drums are really nice. Thanks for uploading!

Excellent vid. I used one of these back in the 80's when I couldn't afford a Fender Rhodes. Great little keyboard - demoed many songs on the 403. Some of the drum patterns can sound really good when eq'd, compressed and played loud.. I have one on my bench at the moment (re-capping). Thank you for this review !

I was given one for free Like a decade ago, left it behind in a garage, now they go for $100+. They actually sound really good when run through an FX processor.

Great Video... I just picked up a 701 for €300. It's in mint condition and it was only a half hour drive away. I think I paid a fair price. This 403 is a little beauty !!

I knocked over and broke my 403 and I could not be more crestfallen. It is by and far, the best sounding and most versatile of the Casiotone family. If anyone can help me out by way of repair or pointing me in the direction of one for sale at a reasonable price, please let me know.

+Jack Lemmon I open mine up and spray contact cleaner on the buttons, press them a few times and they're good as new.
