Darting around on DART

What rhymes with BART? Let’s see… How about… Far… No no no! DART! DART rhymes with BART!
Today’s video is the Dallas Area Rapid Transit, or DART, system in Dallas TX! Kinda a long read in the description, but kinda important to read:
Ether I am brave or stupid or both for making this video: Sadly, my opinion of this system, is that it’s a very rough system, and not as in ride quality, sadly, it’s very rough because Dallas itself is sadly a very rough city, and that’s coming from a New Yorker!
Normally when I have done railfanning in the NYC subway or other systems, people usually kept to themselves and did not mind… But I guess my luck ran out when I took a ride on this system.
Some folks were giving me very aggressive looks and I was not really doing anything out of the ordinary. Got harassed by a homeless guy (did not get on video, thank goodness) in the only subway station in the system, City Place / Uptown. Maybe that was a dumb move on my part for going to that station to explore, but I lived to tell the tale. Also, what makes DART rough is that some of the system goes through some of the poorest and roughest neighborhoods in Dallas as well. DART has been dealing with a rise in crimes too sadly. So, that brings me to a question: Have you ever had a rough transit or railfanning experience?
I hope things get under control and get better for Dallas and the DART system and that I can someday come back and explore more.

@@Hockeykid8310 Not sure. It was my first (and maybe last) time riding on DART. I saw a 3 car orange line train too. That was interesting.
