Absolutely phenomenal from Smith, had real determination right from the bat. Sadly, MvG missed too many doubles and had a lot of swerving darts. Fallon really impressed me this tournament and now we've seen she can also go the distance. Could've taken that match if she won the 28th leg but she showed herself and i hope she'll earn a tour card next year.

Though this is a other ground breaker for womens darts as Sherrock stood toe to toe with one of the best players in the world and a former world champion. Fantastic darts from Smith, he looks hot for the title. peter had to pull everything out to beat a fabulous player in Sherrock. She deserves her place among the big players, and has an amazing all round game. That game would of taken a lot out of Peter and it will be interesting to see if he can come out strong in the Semi.

Just watching the highlights now. Absolutely unbelievable so far. Fallon should be proud at what’s she’s achieved, unbelievable tournament, really unlucky tonight. She’ll certainly go far in the World’s in a few weeks, she’s in the conversation of earning a tour card without going to Q-school and in contention for a place in the Premier League too. Once she’s on the tour she’ll be winning titles in no time. MvG out and if Price goes, we’ll get a new Grand Slam champion.

It has never been a men’s league (PDC) and if a person did have an issue with women players making the PDC they should have been over it two years ago when Lisa “earned” her tour card. Glad to hear you know of some late bloomers, lol. I Want to see the best dart players, reproductive organs not relevant. But apparently it’s a professional league and they have rules to follow to become one. Hopefully the organization and their fans understand them and abide by them?

Sherrock confirms her status as a proper darts player. Great match; she let Peter of the hook. It will come in time when she gains even more experience. PL would be too soon. It is just a matter of time when she wins her tourcard. One point of attention is that her back hurt her after the match. My advice: wear proper shoes that give more support. Of course she is gutted but she can walk away from this match with great pride.

I think, she has a card for the next year, cause when I remember well, after 2019 wc "success" , she failed at Q-school, that's why last year she was nowhere :) and when now she's there, I think, she must qualifying again for pro tour card in 2023 :)

With this run she's going to go into the order of merit around the #75 mark, but if she keeps up the decent performances in the big tv tournaments, she'll easily climb up the rankings.
