It *does* matter if someone bought the line. Otherwise everyone else shouldn’t care less. Yes, with some gear, parts can become obsolete or harder to get if a brand goes out of business. This is coming from an amp tech since 1988. Many of us don’t have time or patience to compensate for parts no longer available. Otherwise, the reaction to them “going out of business” is like listening to the news and it’s nothing but who shot who, who’s going to jail for what and none of it has effect on our lives

Would you continue to rep a manufacture knowing that they are “about” to go out of business?? Does a warranty have value, especially with a high end, very expensive, product? Does a product depreciate further once a manufacture goes out of business? Dartzeel going out of business would not affect me personally, other than having some compassion for those loosing their livelihood, but if I was in the market for a Dartzeel, financial health would be a major consideration. LookdarTZeel ist out of reach for me. Even I had the money, I never care about expensive brands. But first it means anything to those who have darTZeel equipment. They may loose a lot more money, as if the company is still on business. And what about repairs. Are you sure, that this will not effect the costs and possibilites of repairs at all? For example my amp from another brand uses some older parts. This may effect repairing if my amp manufacturer wents out of business. And what about for those who work for the brand? And what about your own boutique brands you sell? Even they are not as expensive, if one of them would go bankrupt, can we expect a same video?

The Bugatti is highly respected, handmade hand belt, and rides better than a Ferrari a Maserati even a Corvette but it’s hundreds and thousands of dollars the car that’s what makes it precision. Perfect hi-fi is not perfect. If you want perfect go to concerts and watch the music live and live at live. That’s Perfect...
