running a mile every day, will transform your life, will make you happier, stay fit and less prone to diseases, and increase your longevity, GUARANTEED!!! Instead some of us rely on prayers and bowing down to achieve the same things, good luck see you on the other side..

_"running a mile every day, will transform your life, will make you happier, stay fit and less prone to diseases, and increase your longevity, GUARANTEED!!!"_ This all get us from 5 daily prayers. Along with our humanly body, we have soul that also needs to be fed. Like running, eating a balanced diet and exercises constitute to a good health, prayers are the diet of our soul. As it is important to keep our body fit, more important is to keep our soul fit as well...

alfr3doer wait a second .. you got it all wrong buddy. We do not pray and bow down to Allah because we want to transform our life or become fit, well obviously we want to have a better life and feel blessed, but prayer is not a prerequisite to that. Prayer is used to heal our inner self, to heal our soul, to heal our spiritual self. You see brother we go to the gym and do cardio whenever we can, we feel fit for a while, a boost of testosterone which will eventually die out but we know the internal happiness is through praying and bowing down to Allah. See you on the other side? Sorry brother I doubt we will.
