Thank you for the words. 9/99/999 represents missing data in your input file. Means u dont have allele amplified at that loci/marker.

Ok sir. I'm relatively new to this software, that's why I'm little confused here. You used missing data value of 99 in excel sheet and in software also, you replaced 999 with 99. What is the significance of it? Why 99 and not 999? Any specific conditions to use particular number?
