DARYA EU Project - Vlogs: Story of Selbi from Turkmenistan

DARYA is an EU-funded project​.
- It is the first project to focus entirely on vocational education and training in Central Asia (Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, Uzbekistan)​.
- DARYA stands for Dialogue and Action for Resourceful Youth in Central Asia
- It will run for 5 years until 2027.
- The estimated budget is €10 million​.
- The European Training Foundation will implement the project.
Selbi from Turkmenistan says its time to give young people a chance​
Consultations with young people will take place throughout the five years of the project.​
Unicef is also planning to link up with the DARYA project in its work in the region.​
There will be opportunities for students and graduates to give feedback via surveys, the EU SELFIE tool, and tracer studies.
