I need you to judge my singing to tell me if I could out sing him I grew up with him in Oakland he was a good friend of my sister Carmen Marshall.when he sanged at the Hawkins Church .He was unbelievable I thought he was similar to Pebo Bryson who I paderned after.l know l could Out sing him beyond a shattle of a dout .I have all respects for him in the world .he one among millians.lwas sad to just find out that he died a while back. I must do a tribute to him to continue his spirit including Walter Harkins also..

yes, i wore out one of his tapes in the 90's, bought the same one again and wore that one out, couldn't get enough of his anointed voice, was listening to him all the time, i was soo hurt when i found out he had passed, it was as if i was part of his family, but thank God i can still listen to him. Thank you Daryl for sharing your gift with us, i believe you brought some people closer to God, that was your charge in Christ. What was this beautiful man's illness that took his life, because he look unwell ? How old was he for he looks like a fairly young man? Also, his hair has turned so white and his eyes look so weak. Was he stuffing? The family has my deepest condolences and sympathies. God bless this wonderful gentleman.
