Is the 46 really unstable? Or should i go for 48? I am a beginner into the sprint/nelo boats. I have a semi tippy sea kayak so i am experienced with the stroke and leg drive etc.

@@Mr.Bryan1234 I'd say it is. I've now paddled my Viper 48 for one season (although I also paddle other, more stable kayaks more), and I still have stability problems with it. As I wrote in German, I'm very experienced with Nelo Razor, almost to the point where it feels boring. Yet I still haven't mastered my new 48. Mind you, I train in part with competition paddlers, and they don't find much fault with my technique. Isn't it possible for you to test paddle Viper 48/46? If it is, I'd try 48 first. I didn't have to swim first time trying it, but it did feel very tippy, and after 5 months of paddling it, I still can't paddle it efficiently. So if 48 feels too unstable first time, it's probably no use going for 46.
