It looks like one of those "paper panzers" that never made it into production. It's kind of hard to see how the crew could load both cannons in combat and the caliber is too light to inflict much more than a mobility kill unless you can sneak up on a Sherman or T-34 and fire from behind at point blank range, but the really low profile would make it really hard to spot until it's too late. It is an interesting concept though. I agree it is sad that there was no figure with it, especially in that action pose. Maybe some mud and dust on the tracks might help the model? Mud and dust can cover a lot of faults in a kit. I hope you had a great Christmas!
