StillNoob Dude cause you still use the Old Traffic mod Feature. Turn off and turn the new one in the Ai menu and there you have it :3

Sometimes they keep driving. You must pause game and stop that traffic manually :)

there is a relative camera in beamng. (you don't need a mod) and you can adjust position how you want with WASD. ;)
