Agreed, but there is an assumption that this is an elderly person because of the parking spot, but there are people of all ages out there who just can’t reverse. If you can’t control your car going backward, you shouldn’t have a licence. Hope the person who submitted the footage was able to contact the owner of the car that was damaged.

The weird thing to me was they seemed to have a basic understanding of how to reverse and 3 point (more like 12 point) turn. They obviously could have backed out with their level of driving ability shown. That said its always worth checking thoroughly once in an accident before trying to move your vehicle. The government needs to triple the fines and add 10 years jail time for things like running a red light at speed and dangerously overtaking at speed. The current driving tests are also far too easy to pass and once someone has lost the points on their licence they should lose it completely and after a year have to retake their learners licence so basically start again because they obviously don't know anything about driving.

Current driving tests too easy. Mine was drive around the block, reverse park on the way, back to the cop shop. Bike licence, drive up the road, due a U-turn, if you didn't stop on the left first that was a fail but all knew about that. No minimum hours, log book etc.

There's a corner in my town, on the highway running through, where almost everyone turning right will move towards the left just before the turn. Most stay in the lane, but sometimes you get one that crosses the lines. The sad thing is most B-double drivers and some road trains can make the right turn from the right lane just fine because it's a freaking huge, wide intersection. Stay in your lanes, people.
