Brilliant!! How simple when you are shown how to do things! All the info that you need. Little tricky disengaging the end clips at the end of the panel near the air vents but it just takes a little patience and gentle persuasion. Be careful when you remove the lamps / bulbs as one of mine broke due to the plastic becoming brittle with age or due to the heat or both. Had to use a pair of long nose pliers to remove it.

Great video very helpful. The large bit of trim housing the clock really didn't want to come out, I was surprised how much force was required. When I went to remove the green bulb holders they just disintegrated

I bought 3 bulbs online even though they were green they were slightly lighter green than the original, no writing on and the flanges were slightly different this made them very hard to get in, I managed to get one in after trying to bend the flanges but couldn't get the other two in. Can you point me to the Vauxhall genuine bulbs please.

The speedo clock cover is held on with clips and lifts off with a bit of force, I've broken the clips on mine so a video would look too easy :-) The only way to remove the steering wheel and airbag is to push a screwdriver through the side of the steering wheel to release the airbag. This will leave a visible hole which I don't want to do :-)

To change the colour of the display you need to take the display apart and change the yellow plastic filter to whatever colour you like.

Brilliant description & video. Beware you out there, the Lucas so called equivalent bulb is in fact too big to locate in the panel, only the Osram one will fit. Good luck

The dial that controls the direcion of my air vents has gone dimer than the other two beside it - is there a way to get to the bulb behind that part ? of the 3 heating control dials under the radio its the one closest to the steering wheel

Great vid nice clear instructions, fantastic advice to stop plastic damage. Where can I find a live supply for my newly fitted glove box light, can see a live in the cab light, via the head lining, but not easy to make 100% connection? 2013 Corsa D 1.4.

You can pickup a constant live from the cable that goes to the clock. I can't remember what colour it is but I'll have a look when I can

Great video and very informative, especially the reference the hidden menu's! I see you have mentioned doing a video about removing the heater controls to enable the replacement of the bulbs. Have you done this yet as I am desperate to change mine and I went to a main dealer for help and they wanted to sell me a whole unit and said it couldn't be done as the lights were a LED strip.

On this car its just a bit of plastic, on my Corsa E its an LED for the alarm. Maybe a GPS antenna for models with built in satnav

I need to replace the clock display (I've got a new aux head unit and its paired, so easier for me to fit both and the aux cable myself) Watching this video, excellent by the way, I presume I remove the 2 screws I briefly saw either side of the clock unit when you were changing the bulb, after uncliping (the power cable I presume)? I should be able to do this myself, I'm fairly handy/practical. Cross fingers for me.

I did try putting red LED's in place of the 3 bulbs, but it was really hard to see the display. I think there's an optical polarized filter on the lcd display, I tried removing it but that didn't help

Okay, so I tried to do this, but mine is different: On this, the gloss black bit comes all around the speaker grill, but on mine, it only comes to just past the screen, This means I am unable to remove the screen. Any ideas?

***** It's not a different design per se, its just that on mine, the Gloss black bit doesn't go all around the speaker grill. It just comes to the screen.
