Here in North America we have a system. We calculate how long it will take us to drive from home to work, then we leave the house early enough so that we can drive at the speed limit and still arrive on time. Keen, huh? When the road conditions are bad, we do something really keen called " leaving the house early " so that we still have enough time to make it to work. Canada is a big country too, but we have a system that works. You should try it. There is always the option of moving closer to work, you can do that too.

Brakes seem to be optional there, to use only if you want to. Otherwise it's breaks when the car in front of you brings you to a stop.

Wowee, cars must be dirt cheap in Russia, they sure love smashing them up. Wish I could afford to do that, but I just don't have enough money. That's me, driving the same car for 17 years, only 175,000 km, still good for another 85,000, the way I drive that will take at least 10 more years. Imagine having the same car for 27 years. Russia replies : We can't imagine having the same car for a week.

Driver stops at crosswalk or red light dummy behind them fails to stop because of speed, weather, or inattentive driver yet driver of that car gets mad at driver of lawfully stopped car. Russian logic I guess..

Indeed, one would have thought that the ONE nation on Earth that had mastered the art of driving in snow and ice, would be Russia. This is the nation that brought us General Zhukov, who when asked how he was going to deal with the Germans, replied "I have two invincible generals alongside me - General January and General February". This is a country, parts of which become so cold in winter, that you end up with icicles on your eyelashes. In some places, they have to light bonfires under the truck engines to warm them up enough to start, once winter descends with a real vengeance. Then again, it appears that they learned how to drive tanks in the snow, but not cars.

Люди ездят так,как навязывает внешнняя обстановка. Т.е. если будешь медленно ехать тебя подрежут или материть будут. На уровне закона прописать ограничение 50 кто превысел штраф большой и был бы порядок. Это беда прям какая то дороги и дураки.
