Правительства всего мира виновны в убийствах, преступлениях и несправедливостях против самих себя, включая Америку С наилучшими пожеланиями, сэр 😊🇺🇸 *In English:* You are right, sir, and I totally agree with you. It is insulting to tell Maria that her friends drink while driving. I'm sorry! I should have chosen my words more carefully. I should have said, “Some of your *neighbors* do. But I'm sure you are a much better driver!" You are right, I am American. As for the fact that I am a stereotype, because I think that all Russians love communism and drink too much vodka (or some similar Russian stereotype), you are wrong. I had Russian friends here in Texas. I really don't like communism. I believe it is cruel and mistreating to its people. But I have nothing but respect and gratitude for the Russian people... *[English Translation Incomplete]*

If only it were that simple... In fact, it is necessary to pass training in a driving school, which lasts 3 months and costs 25,000 rubles (the average monthly salary), then pass exams in a driving school, then pass exams in the traffic police. You need to learn 800 tickets, the exam will have 20 questions where you can make 2 mistakes, but for each mistake you will add 5 more questions where you can't make mistakes. Then the exam is taken at the automobile training ground, which consists of 7 exercises. And after that, the exam is taken in the city in a real environment (this is the most difficult and unpredictable). Now police officers take bribes very rarely, so it is very difficult to buy a driver's license

I see that Common Sence does not rule when driving in inclement weather. Perhaps Russia should have strick driving rules like in Germany, where I believe one has to be tested often when driving, especially on the Autobahn.

F.I. LOWE-PERRY --> If they just punished people for drinking and driving in Russia, the fatal rate would be cut in half

Looks like in Russia, a lot of intersections without traffic light or a STOP sign. Complicates driving rules with main route rule, or interference on the right or whatever rule. Not like in US. You either have a traffic light or a stop sign on each and every intersection. And you do not need special stupid pedestrian signs in the middle of a busy road.

Rules taught at Russian driving school: Rule #1: always drive at the fastest possible speed. Speed limits are just an opinion. Rule #2: Never use your brakes. Using your horn is the best strategy when you're about to collide with another car/semi-truck/T-72/bystander/moose/general object. Rule #3: Never cede the right of way. The right of way is yours every single time. Rule #4: There is no such thing as blind spots. It's just an urban myth. Therefore, you do not need to check them. Rule #5: If you can't see due to whiteout conditions, or have minimal traction, go faster. The faster you get to where you're going, the sooner you'll be out of danger. Rule #6: Vodka. Drink it. Rule #7: Buy a dash cam. The footage will provide sadists on the internet with hours of entertainment. Rule #8: Always blast the absolute worst European techno mix you have while driving. Always.

Driving in Russia - The more it snows, the faster you goes. Ignore situations developing in front of you. Try to never use the brakes. The stuff happening outside your windscreen is just a movie, not to worry!
