The 2nd clip is a little more 50/50 but the pickup driver did run afterwards and was gunning it in general.

Even without the sedan cutting over on him, he would have had to brake really hard to not hit the car in front of him. Almost every post has one of these where someone is 'nice' and lets a driver turn left across multiple lanes. STOP!! Unless all of the lanes are clear you are contributing to an accident. And then that person who was being nice just drives off, blaming the driver they let through for not looking. If there are multiple lanes going your way, and they aren't all stopped, the turning driver can go down to the next intersection with a light. Much safer.
