This with the Clever Drive BGM from 首都高バトル (Tokyo Xtreme Racer) = PERFECT!
I can't believe how beautiful this city is. Look at the roads! They are flawless. I am in America and our cities are a dump compared to this. Amazing. I am curious though, why is there not more car traffic for a city that big? Some of our small cities in America have more traffic than Tokyo seems too.

Because most Japanese travel by train in the weekday to go to work . They have an excellent train service and using a car would be too difficult and too expensive for parking. Many only use the car on the weekend.
Running through skyscrapers at night is also great! The night view is amazing!

Freeways over there look soooo AWESOME! I always watch these types of videos at 2xSpeed but anywho.. it’s like a video game or something! Thanks for sharing! New sub here too 👍🏼
I live in Germany. Seeing this as Tokio is the biggest megacity there is I just wonder ... where are all the cars? In Germany we have far smaller cities with roads with far more lanes that are always a pain to drive on as it is so crowded.
Great companion to the many Shutoko Revival Project drives of the same route … feels like I am actually cruising these asphalts, with City Pop on the radio!

Nice drive though the Tokyo Metro at night. It's only missing some night time themed city pop as a soundtrack.
Awesome to see Japan adopt so many Euro traffic standards. For example you can easily identify how long the truck you follow is from the reflective stripes. Full yellow rectangles are long trucks and yellow/red stripes are short ones. The traffic signs templates are mostly Euro standards too!
Haneda to Shibuya with Google Maps runs on an awkward route. It goes from Haneda Airport to Odaiba (Wangan Eastbound), continues to Shiodome (New Belt Line Clockwise), and branches off to Kyobashi (Yaesu Inward) and Kandabashi (C1 Inward)...all the way to Tomei Expressway (Westbound).
