I've watched so many of these I know there is a Refinery Piperack that crosses the B expressway just before the center suspension bridge where you can see Fuji.

こんにちわ。トンネル内に料金所があるのは初めて見ました。最初から両方とも2つの有料道路にぶつかりました。一方は出口で、もう一方は入り口だったのでしょうか？このルートを運転する場合、両方の停留所で料金を支払う必要がありましたか?

別々の有料道路なので、両方の料金所でそれぞれの料金を支払います。最初の料金所は東京外環自動車道の料金所、次の料金所は首都高の料金所です。
