DASH Mid Section Exhaust For Y62 Patrol

From the success of the DASH Cat Back Exhaust system for the Y62 Patrol we have broken it down to have a mid section only offering. This will be for a certain type of Y62 owner, watch the vid and see if this may be the right one for you 🤷‍♂️😏💯

I definitely would love this kit over here in the states. I had a gmc Denali that came with the “factory cat-back Borla touring”. My truck sounded amazing and loved it. I think this exhaust is similar to the Borla. The back muffler is mainly for exhaust drone.

Not to take anything away from this lovely set of pipes! but a mid muffler delete was enough to suffice my cravings 😂 these engines are T H R O A T Y 😮 they definitely have that domestic sound! Bunch of bald eagles under the hood 🦅

Love that mid section! Cheap, quality and easy! Would you do headers again? Is the gain worth the pain? Be nice to see the headers install. No one has done it!

That looks and sounds like a great system! Is there much performance gain in changing to proper headers and single cat?

David, which is louder (deep v8 angry note) Torqit full catback or Dash midsection . Torqit doesn’t drone pulling a van, does the Dash midsection.

I reckon the DASH mid section may be a fraction louder, not much though. Neither drone when towing IMO 👌💯

have you thought about playing around with the Dash midsection and different rear mufflers eg: Pacemaker, Torquit etc?

Great video David, love your work. Your missing one of best mid sections to compare to the rest. Kuluin mufflers in qld make it. Have fitted to my62. No drone and great sound when foot is down.

Is this exhaust fabed by the same guys that fabed the harrop mid section? I have a 2018 62 n couldn't get it to fit... was way out.... any fitments issues.. Cheers Shane

I don’t know, nor have any affiliation with Dash. Straight up they’ve made the best product, by testing building and testing again. Then ceramic coated it. You want $1 product go to eBay. You want the best, buy here.
