Onfire even was saying in her head she has no idea how to do a interrogation and recording

I remember her saying she saw cornwood do an interrogation once and that would be all she has to go off of 😂

I know its not an IRL simulator but man I was so immersed when the cadet said detained for suspicion... of a crime. Trampling over rights like IRL cops!

lol i think the court would find reasonable cause for detainment. He walked up to a cop and said "i murdered someone".
@xiewang46375 ай бұрын
@@digiblak997 at least here in the US, the court has ruled time and time again that suspicion of a crime is insufficient to detain someone. You need both evidence of a crime and specific articulateable facts that link the specific individual to the crime to a degree that would be reasonable to suspect them. Detainment is a suspension of the individuals rights and so the courts take it quite seriously and are very strict. But cops do this IRL all the time lol. That was my joke in saying it was immersive. In this scenario what would happen is the individual is brought in and allowed to articulate his crime. After doing so... the individual would be arrested and further investigated. But until the crime is articulated, the individual is free to go. Hes not compelled to testify about himself. He has his right to not incriminate himself.

@@xiewang4637try going to your police station and saying you murdered someone and see how it goes. They would at least detain you for psychiatric measures bc you’re clearly a threat to others
@digiblak9975 ай бұрын
@xiewang4637 you would 100 percent be detained. Not arrested. After he said "murder thay p**sy" that he would be free to go but he should probably expect a charge of wasting government resources. The cops would definitely have reasonable articulate suspicions of a crime if someone walked up to them and said I murdered someone.

@@tommyg421 If you care... you can look up the legal doctrine of "corpus delicti" A confession is actually literally... not enough to arrest someone. It would no doubt start an investigation and down the road a false confession would probably result in a being arrested for a false report. But I would be able to literally just walk out of the police station at any point... or... sue for breach of my rights and win.

Wrong picture in MDT & no picture on the ID. How is removing the mask and showing the ID(without any picture on it) enough to verify the person? The ID could be stolen and profile-picture doesn't match. Should have verified the fingerprints maybe 🤦♂🤣
