Isn't that for the 2 star characters? From my understanding 1 stars initially obtained by choosing them at the start Well people would still have an easier time with team building then

1:00 I’m still waiting for the SEA server to show up. The event could be the reason why both Global and SEA are separated. We have respects for the people who live in there as their home. 6:28 Cards don’t have to be in full Mastery Rank. The card with Rank 1 still counts as event bonus. Maxing out is for increasing characters’ Talent Potential. 14:32 Personally, I would go for Virtual Singers’ Anniversary Gacha. I do love Leo/need and Nightcord at 25:00 but I hardly use the card skill because of my self-imposed rules. Not to mention, they are original so, it’s okay to have 15% bonus that are not sub-unit.

You dont have to have max mastery but it adds a bit to event bonus percentage. So not necessary but Helps with grinding
