2:15 yes, yes you can. Your videos are probably prerecorded but I HIGHLY RECOMMEND you sell your fleestar and gmc and go to Russian garage, buy the Azov for 93k, retain it, then switch back to Michigan. It’s super versatile with all attachments and AWD/Diff lock are ALWAYS on. This does mean however that it has a top speed of 26mph but it’s still well worth it if you want to progress better

I_HIT_G_SPOTS he sold the gmc and fleetstar on his stream on the taymyr map and got a Russian truck, idk which one it was but it was but it was either the 2nd or 3rd one , they both have the same name but different model numbers so I don’t remember, and them sold the chevy scout

@@insulinintaker good. Most of those Russian trucks have always on AWD and diff lock. Helps a lot. If you put the offroad gearbox on and use high gear it glides over most terrain at good speed. And if high gear won't work you have 3 different low gear speeds. Cant remember which one i bought but it has access to mud tires.

For all that consider it. Don't, unless you want to throw the games progression system aside. It might get pretty stale having one of the best truck right in the start.

There is little trick that I just discovered. You can use trailer stores to repair or refuel your vehicles. Buy the appropriate trailer, use it and sell it back right away while standing in the store then continue to your job. Also in every city, place fuel carriers at the locations which are far from fuel stations and/or trailer stores then start to work. It saves you from errands a lot. Moreover, to choose the appropriate vehicle for the job you need to consider the lenght of the vehicle if there will be tight turns in off-roads. This helps too.

I know it's a pet peev, you can disable the hands on the steering wheel! 1. Open SnowRunner\\en\_us\\preload\\paks\\client\\initial.pak with any RAR file archiver (WinRAR ex.). Make a copy of the file beforehand! 2. Inside initial.pak go to \\\[media\]\\classes\\driver\_characters and delete or rename all files inside this folder. 3. No shaky hands!

So far my absolute favorite setup is the white western star with the best engine, high end gearbox, and big offroad tires. Lots of crashing but high gear is a beast for offroad

They should really put some exclamation marks in the garage after you unlock certain upgrades or trucks....I discovered a new upgrade but then by the time I went back to the garage , I forgot what it was...when you have new missions available , you have exclamation marks in yellow showing you what's new...they should also do it for upgrades and stuff 😒

Something to note. Keep your saves backed up somewhere, if the non host players havent unlocked the maps your on , on their single player, and something happens to your hard drive and you lose all saves, then their non retained garage vehicles will be stuck on their SP locked maps.

Also some trailers have unique resources on them that would be hard to get otherwise. I used that tractor trailer by the town with a bunch of boxes on it to clear up a bunch of roadblocks because I couldn't get them from the warehouse because of mud and no non-highway tires.

Wouldn`t it be cool if you could make your own roads in Snow rRunner or in the new game if it`s gonna come sometime. And you could either build dirt roads, gravel roads or concreate roads. But the grave road is a bit harder to make the the dirst road, and the concreate rode is harder to make then the gravel road.

The Fleetstar isn't great for trailers because it has too much frame behind the fifth wheel. When cresting a mild hill the frame catches on the trailer and lifts the front wheels off the ground.

Nope i've tried myself cuz i thought thats what the problem was. but listen here, it isn't the sensitivity thats the problem its just the developers have gone with a weird steering mechanic where the analog stick controls the steering wheel of the vehicle and not the tyres or axle like most driving games. Once you realise where the steering is coming from you just need to adjust your approach to things and the steering becomes at lot more manageable, its not perfect but at least you have more of an idea

If the vehicle says "explore world to unlock this truck" I believe it just means you have to find it in the world. Not necessarily have to explore all areas? I might be wrong.

Hey Squirrel, If someone has a truck with raised suspension and pulls the semi trailer, the trailer will get stuck on the truck and make it very difficult to maneuver.

Tip for new players, you can sell all the trailers you find around the maps as well as all your old and unused upgrades......

when you recover stuck trucks drive up to them change trucks and then you can just recover the stuck truck instead of draging it back to the garage

The host, possibly each player though not 100%, has to allow winchable in multiplayer settings. Then you should be able to attach to each other.

I feel a bit daft asking this but when I run the game it’s constantly flashing the controls for both the Xbox controller and the keyboard and on some occasions I can only do thing like diff lock using the keyboard. John Smith unplug hotas, keyboard and mouse (switch’em off if they’re wireless). Remap Xbox controller in settings (4th configuration works the best for me)

Buying and selling trailers is the same cost, so just sell trailers until you need them and just buy them back. no money is lost by selling/buying stuff.

ikr the controller steering is so weird, idk why the game developers went for an unusual steering system where the analog stick controls the steering wheel and not the tyres/axle its so weird. Once you realise that and get the hang of the odd feeling its more or less okay Wheel support is only available for PC btw
