Normal take-off on SAAB 340 is done with Flaps 0°, its important to mention. I went to AOM to give you precise range of Vr speeds as I no longer fly on this type. Vr depends on weight, pressure altitude, temperature, bleeds setting, engine anti-ice setting on/off, etc... The range according AOM tables is between 104kts to 130kts, for VR with FLAPS 0°. In case you use FLAPS 15° for take-off (which is very not common), then the range is between 96kts to 116kts. Also, you may apply +- 1 to 2 knots correction for uphill, downhill slope runway.. So, the most used speeds as from my memory are between 115 to 125, with Flaps 0° as standard.

This is a excellent video. Just to ask, at which point do you on the autocorsen and off propsync for landing? I couldn't spot that during the descend. Thanks!

I work for a different company, but we get the autocoursen on with “gear down” and prop sync off with “condition levers max”.

ATR, especially considering the job market, many companies fly ATR but few operate SAABs, as regarding workload for pilot also ATR, much easier to operate and fly, especially the PEC equipped models.
