Such a wonderful experience it must have had been. I landed on the second latest SAS flight on Fornebu in 1999 and that was also with an MD80. A lot of good memories with those airplanes.

Saw this plane at Edinburgh a number of years ago. Brilliant plane. Unfortunately never got a chance to fly in an MD83 but have luckily been able to get a few Boeing 717 flights in Australia, so next best thing. Much more fun than the boring aircraft in service these days.
