This was a great lesson, the fundamentals were very well explained. I have a degree in EET and am starting a job as a Test Engineer this upcoming Monday. This was a great introduction to a lot of the things I'm sure I will need to know. I had one question about the example at 33:15. My understanding of a multiplexer was that it is just a data selector. So there would be a control that would choose which one of the input channels to pass through to the output. This one channel would then go through the amplifier and then into the ADC. Wouldn't this mean that the full resolution of the ADC is being applied to that one signal since you only can have one at a time being processed? Thanks again for your help, very good video.
