Sir thank you for your great work and time in explaining the analysis process. One thing I noticed though, using an IF function, is that in 389 cases completion time is smaller that post-consultation time. What is the best way to handle the situation in real life? Not taking into account those 389 rows or asking for data validation so that they can be fixed?

Hey man Really nice work. One thing I am curious about. When you calculate the wait time you subtract completion time from entry time but should'nt it be that the waiting time is how long it takes before the patient is consulted by a doctor, and not when they have completed their treatment and ready to leave? So in some sense we are missing a column that tells us when the patient is going into the doctors room for the consultation?

Well you are correct that there is no column that indicates when the patient sees the doctor. So this could be a recommendation at the end of your analysis.

If you click on the values you already put on the chart, right-click and go to 'format chart labels' on the label options menu, under the bar tab, click the 'value from cells' then reference the cells you want to add.

I couldn't repeat your action - you have two values in a pivot table but using only one in the connected chart. I took exactly same steps but failed - my chart has two values and I can do nothing about it... (it's on 24 min)

Maybe copy the pivot table over to the another tab, so that its is just a table as I did in the video. I hope that helps.

Post consultation time would be the period after you've consulted with doctor and prior to completing your visit. So in essence, it starts once the doctor is finished with the patient.
