Published data are made available to the public. Unpublished data are those which have not been distributed in any manner. For ex. Books , journal, financial statements, company annual reports etc. Are published data. It is open to all, anyone can utilise the data. Ex for unpublished is your project or dissertation reports. The reports may or may not publish, as per the wish of the researcher.
