Thanks! I was doing a staged upgrade on My DD and my GUI wouldn't work after going to 7.0, even after regenerating certificate. I went to 7.3 following your steps and everything is working again.

my rpm file located on windows box ..how can i get rpm file to DD (physical ). HTTP is disabled as part of log4j. so DD GUI not accessible. only we have option CLI.

Thanks for you comment ! You could use a scp tool like winscp to copy the file over.
