She interpreted it wrong. With 3-4 years of experience, for Data profile the average CTC is 30-40 LPA. I think she is not aware of the data, as even her company, Dunnhumby, or the Big 4, do not offer such averages or even MBB (Mackinsey ,BCG , Bain) also. These CTC figures are usually reserved for top product-based MNCs or unicorn startups. Please don't be judgmental and be practical about what salaries are actually offered.

There is one person called santhosh sk in mysore wipro backup domain. He has been asking sexual favours indirectly for salary hike and promotions. People need to pick his call when he is bored so on. He will be sending facebook request people need to accept else he will create problem for there carrier by false things. And so many more he does. People need to take selfie with him. He is creating slavery kind of thing. People left without complaining on him because they dont want unnecessary dramas so on and even some people resigned without job also And he says HR is also afraid of him and he has his manager support for things he is doing. People in power just do abuse of power against thete reportee who oppose him are harrased and false cases or narrations are put against them to ruin there carrier . Management is supporting all these things.
