AMAZING. TO SUM UP STEPS : MAKE BOTH CHARTS EQUAL IN TOTAL, THEN MULTIPLY DEGREES OF WITH THE RELATION CALULATED IN 1ST STEP, THEN CALCULATE 1 UNIT FROM TOTAL BY DIVIDING WITH 360, THEN FINAL STEP SOLVE BY TOTAL- FEMALE POPULATION THEN MULTIPLY WITH 1 UNIT VALUE (20 IN THIS CASE) to get the answer.
