It should be pointed out that UserClassifier is a plugin available through the Package Manager on later versions of Weka - if it's not already available in the classifier tab under "tree"

For beginners: at least in version WEKA 3.8.6 UserClassifier is not natively presented. For educational purposes, watching the video is possible, but repeating what is shown is not. But through the Package manager - it is loaded, now it is version 1.0.3. WEKA GUI Chooser (with a bird) -> "Tools" -> "Package manager". In the future, as in the video, it is located in the "Classify" -> "Classifier" -> "Choose" -> "weka" -> "classifiers" -> "trees" (with a previously loaded data file).

had same issue. restart weka and go to "tools" to start the "package manager" there you find (also) the userClassifier.

UserClassifier build the tree form segment-challenge then test it by segment-test.
