as in updating automatically, or would that change the embed code?

You can accomplish this by connecting the graphic to an external data source, like a json or csv file. I’ve even hosted a csv on Dropbox and used that as the data source. Update the csv and the graphic will update. There is an option in Datawrapper where you tell the program how often to refresh the data (like every 5 mins, etc)
