“You can’t see the green window any more” Was done intentionally to mask how bad contest are and how bad latency is. Basically everyone saw how bull shit the dunk/layup meters were last year even on open looks and so rather than fix it they hid it

Don’t get me wrong dunking is definitely still fun this year but I still have a lot of issues and I’m going to list a few here. Mind you I have HOF posterizer on a 6’8 build just for context. 1. It’s way too easy to get kicked out of dunk animations this year sometimes ppl even reach while im going for a meter dunk and it knocks me out the animation 2. No visible green window 3. I feel like I don’t get as many contact dunks it doesn’t pull ppl in most of the time like it did last year which causes an issue because then since they’re not in a poster animation they can jump and kick you out of the dunk.

i want to personally say that mike is completely wrong about the meter. all my builds have 87-89 dunks and one even has no vert and i been getting crazy contact animations even putback contacts on 7’0 footers with badges consistently, the meter this year is probably easier than any other year imo u literally just wait until it goes away

I have silver posterizer on a 6’3 guard. I use the dunk meter a lot but in proving grounds i really only use it to guarantee I make a dunk with a big trailing me or slightly out of position

It depends because u still need the vert for hof posterizer. Unless you’re gonna put your vert at the HOF requirement. Even if u do want to go that route 93 seems viable then u could use the other 2 points somewhere else

Don’t equip Legend posterizer without the necessary strength (75 or greater). You’ll be disappointed in some instances when you get knocked out of your contact dunk animation

i have silver posteriser on my 2 builds. I've noticed that a high strength helps and is more efficient than someone with low strength. I play proving grounds and get my posters with silver. Vertical also helps too !

Last year I postered ppl with it on silver and I had an 88 driving dunk and a 70 standing dunk on a 6’7…..no meter just double pumping the right trigger and x button holding it on the second pull . It was a Charles Barkley strategy all my created dunks were contacts off two. Or lebron . This didn’t always work on centers in pro am but it damn sure worked on most ppl in rec If I have to switch to meter this year I’ll probably go back to a jump shooting build

I don't play as much as I use to. I really just got to a 90 and wanted to grind my badges before going online. I've never seen a dunk meter though. This has me very confused. My guy either gets some crazy ass layups that I often brick (wide open), or just a shitty dunk that gets blocked. I also notice that I never see the meter for my dunk unless it’s an oop. Any help???

For RNG to then brick wide open shot’s on purpose to keep % down is insanity. Majority of people play the game for fun. Coming home from work and playing this is no longer fun
