Mannn....that poor wife......she did act/ look devastated while being interviewed.....but some people are just such great actors.....I cant tell anymore. She did seem guilty, blood, gun residue, not killed herself.......the whole time innocent, yet lost her kids etc.....my heart goes out to this poor beautiful lady. To think she couldn't even grieve properly, she didn't have to do a police interview that night, alot of people never talk to cops.

Easy....she did it because she was pissed she lost the custody of her daughter AND had to pay child support to her ex. If it wasn't for the child support on top of losing custody, she probably doesn't go through with her boyfriend murdering him. Why she ended up turning on her boyfriend??? Good question...maybe he cheated on her, maybe she fell in love with someone else, maybe it was as trivial as him not putting the toilet seat down.....we'll never know....what we do know is hell hath no fury like a woman scorned...

Alyssa looks like she is the biological daughter of Melissa. To the judge who ruled full custody to Melissa, you absolutely did the right thing. When you get an immunization shot, say, from the flu but still get it and knock the near life out of you, don't you think the law needs to change "immunity" for a being such as Dawn? Seems after a year and a half, she could care less about Ben's death and was trying to unload her boyfriend, James. A sure bet implicating him but not before she researched a ton of information on the law. Catching her in a lie? Too bad they didn't confiscate her computer and cell phone or cameras of stores or homes. If she was indeed with him, that cell phone would have triggered pings on nearby towers. I mean, it was dark. How could he really have seen where Ben was sleeping? With such adrenaline, he could have messed up. Now, what was Keith saying about her being caught lying?
