Hello friends
Today I am sharing with you all your most requested Healthy Atta Jaggery cake recipe which is made with whole wheat flour and jaggery. This comes out very spongy and fluffy. Do try this very easy to make recipe and share your comments below.

~Ingredients~
Measuring cup- 200 ml
Cake tin- 6 Inch diameter
Atta or whole wheat flour- 1 and 1/4 cup
Grated Jaggery or Gud- 1/2 cup
Refined oil- 1/4 cup
Milk- 1/4 cup and 2-3 tbsp
Vanilla essence- 1/2 tsp
Baking powder- 1 tsp
Baking soda- 1/4 tsp
Lemon juice- 1 tsp
Water- 1/2 cup
Chopped Dates- 8-10

I tried this cake. Its awesome. first time I followed the recipe, result was gud but in second time I increased the quantity of jaggery and the consistency of batter little more flowy trust me ma'am cake was super spongy and super soft.. My family liked it very much.. The most amazing thing about this cake is its healthy ingredients i.e, wheat flour and jaggery.. I must tell you one thing that I am fond of cooking and loves to do experiment and discover new things and I always use wheat flour instead of refined flour for baking a cake.. I am crazy about cake making..

I tried dis cake today di..it was amazing..everyone loved it... I used melted butter n kept in oven for 30 mins..bt it was sticky I suggest to keep it 35 mins... overall it was amazing... n i got cracks in my upper part... dat's kk we loved it n thnq for simple n appetising receipe...
