Women think they suck and they're right. But they keep it to themselves and call it 'insecurity'. So when you hold their status as a woman as a negative and hold their individuality as a positive, they can finally respect you. That's the whole reason men invented sayings like, 'You throw like a girl.' It's not just because it's true but because, 'like a girl,' is always worse and pretending otherwise is simp behavior. 'Yes honey, you do suck and need someone to take care of you,' translates in her mind to, 'OMG he loves me.'

@Fatelvis2 often because they feel like its an attack on their "level" of christianness. "Oh are you saying i cant be as good of a christian because im not married??!!" When quite literally St Paul says as much in 1st corinthians "32 But I would have you without carefulness. He that is unmarried careth for the things that belong to the Lord, how he may please the Lord: 33 But he that is married careth for the things that are of the world, how he may please his wife." People tend to not like it when the bible says something that their theology doesnt approve of. Its usually not long after i quote that verse that someone says either "you dont understand, youll change your ming when God sends the right girl." Or "who hurt you?"

i think part of the problem with that Christian event was that it didnt specify an age range. although it wasn't an actual bible study they could have called it that so I wouldn't go into it thinking it was something it wasn't . after I had aged out I went to a theology on tap in the city, you have dinner and a talk in a bar where they had a band it was packed with cute young Catholic girls. as a lukewarm Christian coming out of the world it would have been easier to become acclimated to this new life. I viewed it as its not girl gone wild nor is it sack cloth and ashes | viewed its people who haven't thrown in the towel

This reminds me of my ex. Was a born-again and really went ham on the whole pure Christian girl routine. I found out she had a past. Turned out to have tons of student debt, lazy, and looking for a man to pay it off and save her from geriatric pregnancy. Tried to get back with me multiple times. I said no. She poisoned the well and the other girls in our social circle shun me. She would try to lord the bible over me and I would reject it. She would always when in dispute ask if what I was saying was as per the bible. Cappy is right when it comea to women using the bible to lord over men

For me it was the parents that were the real pain. They always treat their daughter as "perfect little angels who can do no wrong." My last gf was a 20 year old who only wanted a family and didn't want anything to do with feminism and having a career. Her parents treat her as the biggest disappointment and how dare her want a family! She has such a " bright" future to be wasting it in having a family so young....I just have my mouth open at the disbelief at these parents.... almost lost my faith. I go to church just for God and only God now. It was truly frustrating. I end up finding a girl who's not even Christian with much higher values and better character than any of them...and best of all sweet and understanding parents who actually try to get to know you before judging you....go figure.

When the girls in your study group got upset for you bringing up that scripture in Matthew, it showed you what was in her heart. The Bible does that. You can read a scripture to someone and their reaction lets you know what their intentions are. “For the word of God is alive and exerts power and is sharper than any two-edged sword and pierces even to the dividing of soul and spirit, and of joints from the marrow, and is able to discern thoughts and intentions of the heart.”-Hebrews 4:12

What did you bring up if you don’t mind me asking? Because Jesus did two things. Put the full stringency of the law into effect to show that they need Him. And two to show spiritual truths to the believing that will show the dichotomy between the believer and unbeliever through parables. But I do believe that many in the churches use it as a battering ram against men now to not be judged like Aaron says. Like many pull the “Lord Lord” passage out of context when it tells you that those who do the will of the Father shall enter. And that is shown in John where Jesus says “this is the will of my father, that you believe on the one whom he sent.”

PK here as well. Preachers daughters tend to be "footloose." The answer to the single woman is yes, Jesus forgave you. But I'm not talking about you. No church actually follows Biblical marriage law. And I'm not just talking about saving virginity until marriage. No husband should be allowed to divorce his wife unless she cheats on him, then divorce is permissible. Wives are never allowed to divorce their husbands for any reason, even he cheats on her. However, if she does divorce her husband she must never be allowed to marry again for the rest of her life and any man who sleeps with her commits adultery. She also must be reconciled to her husband, meaning accept unpleasant things, but that really means in any matter regarding their separation the husband has final say, such as him having custody of the kids. We've never had true Biblical marriage laws in the US. Everything you see now has bent the knee to government money in some way.

Oh yea, tried dating one, and holy shit the ego on that one. Treat her well, she'll treat you like trash then throw you away. Just cause she's Christian doesn't mean she isn't a scumbag. I thought I found the unicorn honestly. Traditional, attractive, exactly my type. We had similar backgrounds(Europeans in America) and we got along fantastically as friends for years. So I put out all the stops, charm, etc. Really treated her well for months, I wanted nothing else but for her to love me, only for her to just go cold on me after leaving for vacation, lie to me, disrespect/dismiss me, and then throw me away as I watched her spend hours on social media. It was fucking soul destroying. I frankly believe she was likely cheating. Then I thought about it, and realized how horribly she'd treated me even as a friend(using me for schoolwork), and how blinded/naive I was. I have no doubt she somehow painted me as the monster in her mind, despite how I acted as the perfect boyfriend for her. Aka the piston head will hit the valves and destroy the engine. Non-interference engines will just stop running if the belt breaks and coast to a halt. Timing CHAINS almost never break even at 1 million miles.

Love you Kappy… as a Christian man I’m grateful for the change after Jesus died and rose again…while Jesus was alive he was under the law… so he brought the law to people and made them feel hopeless and that they need a savior… if you read the book of Galatians and other epistles you will see that Christians aren’t technically under the law anymore so what you’re saying doesn’t pertain to Christians nowadays… just listen to Galatians on KZbin, it’s only about 20 minutes long… maybe you’ll see how it’s not like what you’re saying in this video… that’s why the Christians can technically get away with messing up and still have forgiveness… The way you’re talking in this video would be called legalism

‭ So we are forgiven, but I feel like we are discussing Corinthians, not Galatians, in the context of this video. To quote some relevant verses, while everything is permissible as a forgiven follower, not everything is beneficial. Moreover, faith without works is dead. Not everyone wearing the title Christian is actually a Christ follower, and the way to tell a true believer from a pretender is by our fruit. And our fruit is love, joy, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness and self-control. I mean, I do understand your point, but the law of liberty does not permit people to sin against God and do as we please. Forgiveness comes to the repentant, those who have turned away from sin and chosen Christ and his mercy. And the people Kappy is describing are unfortunately still living without that forgiveness. Obedience is tantamount to the Christian life. As John says in first letter: “Whoever says, “I know him,” but does not do what he commands is a liar, and the truth is not in that person.” I don’t see him advocating for legalism. In fact, I think he’s just talking about obedience, which is what Christ requires of those who follow him.

@mykljamz Brother, My response is similar to @anthonymcrae820 but with a twist regarding "The Law" I am glad you are trying to follow Yeshua (Jesus); however, I think your understanding of his ministry is errant. Yeshua did not allow us to s!n even though s!n on earth in inevitable. As a follower of Yeshua, we are required to resist temptation. In addition, if we s!n, we are required to be contrite, ask for forgiveness and repent ( turn away from s!n). What you are referring to appears to be what is termed "cheap grace". In other words, if a person believes in Yeshua, they can freely s!n and be forgiven. These are the behaviors to which Aaron is referring. Another term for these individuals are cafeteria Christians. Yeshua did not lower the bar to s!n, he raised it. Please keep in mind Matthew 7:13-14 13 “Enter through the narrow gate. For wide is the gate and broad is the road that leads to destruction, and many enter through it. 14 But small is the gate and narrow the road that leads to life, and only a few find it. By the way, forgiveness for s!n also existed in the Old Testament. King David, who was an @dulterer (Bathsheba) and murd#rer (Uriah) was forgiven by G-d for his s!ns because he was contrite, asked G-d for forgiveness and repented; however, there are earthly consequences for s!n. In David's case, he lost his first b0rn with Bathsheba because of his s!n. There are 613 mitzv0t (instructions) in Tor@h (Genesis, Exodus, Leviticus, Numbers, Deuteronomy), or the Law as most Christians derisively refer to Tor@h. If you think the instructions in Tor@h were abolished with Yeshua, please read carefully Matthew 5:17-20 and John 14:15. Yeshua says the exact opposite of what you have been told. In addition, Paul affirms Tor@h in Romans 2:12-16, Romans 3:31, Romans 7:12 and 1 Timothy 1:8. Approximately half of the mitzv0t in Tor@h are no longer in effect due to Jesus's ministry and sacrifice: 1. The temple animal sacr!f!ces - s!nce Yeshua was the perfect bl00d sacrifice to cover our s!ns. 2. The temple priests (Lev!tes) - s!nce Yeshua is now our high-priest and avenue to G-d. The following verses in the New Testament are often cited as reasons that Tor@h is no longer in effect. If you have any questions about these passages, I would be glad to walk through each one of them to explain why they don't invalidate Tor@h, especially the passages from Hebrews (which were written to attract J.ews into becoming followers of Yeshua): 1. Acts 13:38-47 2. Acts 15:1-28 3. Romans 5:13-21 4. Romans 6:14-15 5. Romans 8:1-4 6. 1 Corinthians 9:20-21 7. Colossians 2:16-18 8. Hebrews 7:11-28 9. Hebrews 8:6-13 10. Hebrews 9: 1-28 I think the legalism to which you refer was the legalism practiced by the Ph@risees and Scribes at the time of Yeshua. They were the "Puritans" of their day. They were so strict that they created rules to keep J.ews from even getting close to violating Tor@h while at the same time obscuring the love for G-d and the love for your neighbor (central concepts in Tor@h). As a follower or Yeshua AND a follower of what remains of the instructions in Tor@h after Yeshua's earthly ministry, I would encourage you to do deep bible study of the Old Testament to better understand the roots of your faith and also Yeshua's ministry (which was accurately prophesized in at least 47 passages in the Old Testament). Blessings

That's true. (Matthew 7:2), yet Jesus still allows us, after we deal with ourselves, to "cast the mote out of thy brother's eye" (v. 5). In fact, at times, we are commanded to rebuke (see Leviticus 19:17, Luke 17:3, I Timothy 5:20, etc.). We can also discern a person's faith by their lifestyle, their fruit (Matthew 7:17-20), even their own mouth shows their heart (Matthew 12:34, Luke 6:45). We must discern if we are to be sure we are marrying a believer, for we are warned "not to be unequally yoked together with unbelievers" (2 Corinthians 6:14)

I'm 65, and a lifelong bachelor (not entirely by choice, but it is what it is). I grew up in evangelical Protestantism, and I was serious about my faith. Late in life, I finally had my fill of the "DIY church of me". I unceremoniously walked away, and converted to Eastern Orthodoxy ☦️. When I was 30 years old, I moved to my current city in the buckle of the Bible Belt. There was a plethora of evangelical churches, and singles groups were all the rage back in the day. As I was new to the area, I started going to these groups with the hopes of making friends, and possibly finding a virtuous Christian woman interested in marriage and having a family. Man, was I in for a rude awakening. After spending some time in said singles groups, I began politely asking (plain-featured) women out for dates. I was curtly shot down multiple times like WWII kamikaze pilots. I soon discovered the wells were poisoned, and they did this to all the other men there as well. I began to see that these singles groups were a type of religious fraternity, and virtually no different than bars or clubs. I'm so far removed from that disordered heterodox world today, but I can only imagine (from the many stories I hear) what young faith based men are facing with these groups (if they even still exist), these feminized churches, and these purported Christian (heathen) dating apps.

I thought the group was going to be mixed singles,♂️♀️. I was the ONLY guy there. All the single girls- (were trying to get a guy like the other pastor's daughter who was sisters roommate & engaged to be married) -made excuses for the lack of other men "💯% they'll be back next week." Week two I was still the only bachelor there. I asked a single friend if I could check out his actual mixed singles, small Bible group. Sure thing it's a great group! Not ready to give up on her/one of her group hooking a ✝️♂️, the Pastor's daughter called the other group leader and denied new attendees "groups are now closed to new members." Friend said 🤷‍♂️, "Sorry I've never heard of that rule before." SMH- 🙄

Its not the whole world it's the western world and it's complete transformation from medieval Europe culture to modern liberal secularism which is why groups like the freemasons and things like the enlightenment are looked as parts of the slow descent into chaos that we see in society in the western world 🌎 which is why i dont support the united states anymore as a american citizen I have gone into full Dissent of the culture and government and political system at this point at the age of 24
