Some notes i took :) Texting - Closed ended asumption questions: get she/he thinking - Express yourself - Create a visual World - Be playful - Dont talk about logistics - HAVE FUN Atraction - Not friendzone = Express your atraction: - Missinterpret normal cometaries into sexual ones - Test the waters (ping) : positive = keep going

Great video. I did want to mention there was a little part where you started to open up more like when talking about your family, idk why but to me that was my fav part of the whole video. I only say that to reiterate what Anthony says a lot and it shows how much more interesting a guy can seem if he gets real & authentic & isn’t trying to impress the person or look cool or whatever, you know? Letting your guard down for even a couple seconds can make a huge difference in how the other person sees you. Making tik toks will prob def help with gaining confidence for college and it’ll be cool to see if you take any of Anthonys advice, you should let us know how it goes if you’re up to it. Good luck young sir, keep it up👍

It can feel super intrusive to have a guy start talking to you and immediately negatively judge your level of interest in him and almost guilt trip. Like th fuck we dont owe you shit you just started talking to me, and it can be so rude
@artisticagi4 жыл бұрын
I honestly didn’t like the question too much about what life accomplishment did you do today. It feels like he is trying too hard to impress her. Also it put pressure on her to respond with something that matches that, like today I rescued 100 homeless cats and found new homes for all of them. If she didn’t do anything like that it may make her feel insecure. The dry comment review was spot on. I think she kept responding after that because she already knew he liked her. Overall great commentary I learn so much! ❤️😆

Here's what I got from it. Please more videos on this! 1. Be playful/have fun 2. Lead the conversation. If you have fun, they will have fun 3. Ask close ended questions (because open ended questions are too much work since you’re leading) -by asking close ended questions, you’re telling this person what you think of them and they want to show them who they really are -Be playful when asking these questions 4. Be expressive and emotional when describing things 5. Logistics will change It into “counselor mode” and remove emotion from the conversation

In my opinion, the guy was teasing her as a friend even though they barely know each other. I would've been ok if a friend texted those stuff to me, but a total stranger would take me by surprise. I wouldn't ghost him immediately, but I wish he would go more slowly to become my friend than as my boyfriend flirting. Then again I'm an introvert who can't imagine anyone flirting with me so of course, I'm going to be shocked.

ppl praise me at texting, don't mind me dropping some insights cause sometimes we all just wanna feel appreciated for our positives, amirite? •be all quirky and show-off all your brainstorm •if u think u r not good at instantaneous comebacks, think bout it just usually during some part of day (and trust me, the place is under shower) •do all the 'heyyyy', 'hiiizz', 'ola', 'how u doin?' and just then question something u rlly wanna know outta them like 'i was wondering how is ur time with yo family gng?' or u could tell something like '....blah blah and this made me think of u' or 'this hilarious thing happened to me and its hell of a story, wanna listen up my ramble?' •now it's time to wait for response and I bet most of the time it's a positive one cause now u have created this aura of comfort and curiosity which relaxes and excites the person at the same time •as the convo goes, make sure u r giving them chances to tell their story and opinions.. throw some 'what r ur thoughts?' or 'i think....blah blah... I would love to hear ur perspective' or just call out urself like 'this was it from my side, tell me bout u, I'm thrilled beyond measure to know' •higher up meme-game •try to avoid corny emojis (it depends on the both persons and their relationship. If u r an initial talker to the person, try to use one of these ;) rather than emojis.. if u started gng on dates and stuff come to corny shit and show ur child-soul) •don't stress much, follow the flow •throw jokes, even maybe some dirty jokes (but keep in mind that u don't cross the respect level) and be playful •show ur enthusiasm like 'i waited for this time cause it's rlly one of the best part of my day' •i can't stress this enuf but the more u think on a text, the uglier it's gonna get •use metaphors •lastly, while bidding goodbyes- get ur emotional side reign. Tell em ur compliments which u rlly mean ok? Had an amazing chat? let them know.. send some cute heartly gifs or maybe funny relatable to the chat u had ones. Again hit 'byeeee', 'byeiizzz', 'good nightyyy', 'goodiee nightiii' cause they r gonna remember the last chats the most and they r gonna think bout it and absolutely find it admirable That's it for my class, dearies. I hope u took something and add on if u wanna

I agree 100%. Anthony's closed-ended Qs were meant to bring visual playfulness into the conversation. But open-ended Qs are important to get the convo going and get to know the person better/reveal yourself. Also, Anthony assumed the girl would give a personal reply to the closed-ended Q ("No, I don't dance, I rather read books") which she might not ("No, I don't"......).

@@AnthonyRecenello I guess I've always had the attitude what do I have to lose by being myself over text? There's always more fish in the sea, as cliche as that sounds. I've never had a problem expressing myself through writing, but I used to get really shy in social situations. Then, I realized it was just a bunch of beliefs about myself and other people causing me to feel that way. I looked for proof that those things weren't true and stopped comparing myself to others. Once I let go of those beliefs it was like a veil on my personality was lifted. I was never really shy; I was just believing stuff that wasn't true. For some reason, it surprises me that the same thing can happen with text messaging. I suspect all text anxiety would disappear if the person asked themselves what they were actually afraid of and realized all of those thoughts just aren't true.

I get that some people don't like long texts, or can be shy in person. But if you've got nothing to say and nothing you're interested in, why would I want to get to know you?
