Danke erneut für das tolle Video und wenn es dir nicht so gut geht mach doch erstmal eine Pause und nimm dir Zeit fürs nächste Video ist besser als wenn du komplett gestresst bist und es dir nicht besser geht also geh es locker an und wenn alles wieder läuft und entspannter ist dann kannst du dich wie gewohnt an die Videos setzen. Jeder hier sollte sicher dafür Verständnis haben. :D Freu mich aufs nächste Video irgendwann

Danke für die lieben Worte! Mir fällt es immer schwer Pausen zu machen, vor allem wenn ich das Gefühl habe andere dadurch zu enttäuschen. Und mein Dickkopf hilft mir da auch nicht gerade. 😅 (hätte ich Zugriff auf die Community posts hätte ich vielleicht eine Pause gemacht, weil ich dann Bescheid sagen könnte und nicht einfach so verschwinde... dafür fehlen mir aber noch ~120 subs )

Thanks for the tip! Sadly I don't have a treadmil. My back issues have to do with the sacrum sometimes becoming misaligned. I'm just glad I generally catch it early by now - the first few times I could barely walk for a couple of weeks.
