Hi Alexandra. Im living in Germany. I have during 3 months outbreak and i took blood test and result was hsv 1 lgG was 49.5 is it too high ? here in germany my family doctor dont care about my outbreak and i just bought myself L -lysine now using it. The doctor only gave 200mg acyclovir and thats it i took it those 200mg acyclovir couldn't helped me. And I actually so disappointed and dont know more what to do.

and my outbreak is soooo big lesions the juice it came from upper lips and its so hearting and tingling should i buy more monolaurin

Yes, get some supplements, monolaurin works great, and also take vit c, vit d, zinc & lysine.

Im pretty sure I am gonna be rejected once I tell them I have herpes. I got it even though I only slept with 3 people ever. I think I will need to be single forever

We always advocate for transparency and honesty. There are many people who date with herpes, and their partners accept them and love them. We would suggest you to educate on the matter, and learn what herpes is and what is not. It's really not a big deal, but it carries a bit stigma. So, the more confident you get with your diagnosis, more confident you will be with other people around you and it will be easier to disclose. Hey i had hsv positive 7.2 Before nothing was happening to me but after taking medicine effects are occurring One of the doctor said not to take medicine and other said to take medicine What should i do Please reply to my comments Sorry for the English i am not used to it

Hi, it's hard to say what's going on. You don't need to take antivirals, if you don't want to. Your body is totally capable with dealing with herpes on its own. Especially if you feel worse, then just don't take them.
