Dude same. We had so much in common and everything was great. But looking back now I could tell she was afraid of love. She stressed herself out so much that she couldn't handle it anymore and left. Messed me up bad. My advice, cry as much as you can dude. Not even kidding, crying is such a good medicine. Sometimes I study and she intrudes my mind and i just bawl it out and get back to work when I numb out. I feel this is why everyone is doing the "hook up" thing because everyone has gotten burnt and now nobody wants to commit.

Such low view of yourself. Noone is noones posession. And I don't do turns as a man. When I am going for a woman, I am going for being decades together. I don't need the other bullshit. I only hear guys here saying this simplistic nonsense you're cramming and that many of the men just like to do a quick date and go on to the next. Yes, with such mentality I can understand you talk about someone is never yours and it was your turn. Some women also think like that. But they are the women who I don't want. They are the crappy ones. I had a 11 year long relationship which I broke up at the end. But it was not because of her, but in how I felt physically in attraction to her. But either way, she was an incredible person, she had incredible heart, carried great values, and till the end of the relationship she still believes I am the best person ever to be in her life. That is the kind of women I am talking about. And I have always tried my very best for her. That I had change in feelings over so many years is something I could not help and does not make me or her better or worse. In any case. Women or men who think like you do, don't really have good self respect nor values

In many cases, possibly yours is not his fault but the woman's, or rather the mother of nature. You may have committed things like not bringing that sexual intensity, that affective communication, not being emotionally present at all times, etc but let me tell you the following if the thing breaks down, it is her fault because she has not put in effort, she has not He indicated exactly what was happening to him and he has not shown empathy in the face of your difficulties, a situation that you could be going through. She still complains about 3 of your mistakes but if you analyze it carefully you see that she made those same "mistakes" or even made the same mistakes even to a greater extent or even more but yours are the ones that will count. I am not saying that you cannot be guilty, nor that you are perfect, nor that you do not need it or that it is good that you learn more about relationship skills but so that you take it into account. You did everything you could with the resources you had, they were not enough for her, keep in mind the hypergamic side, she could have seen someone who was a better match, more handsome, rich, successful. Get better, increase your value, learn more about social skills, sexual skills, relationships skills, dating skills, men and woman dynamics and go with another woman. That woman doesn't deserve your best version. Good luck and I hope life smiles on you!

Take the time for introspection if you get dumped. When I was younger, I never really registered getting dumped because there was always someone else in the picture immediately after. A series of rebounds. I never really learned anything about myself. I never learned why I was losing women (or keeping toxic women). This time I decided to not do anything after getting dumped. I faced the loneliness, took time to look at myself and what was wrong (fear of being alone). Now, I feel so much better. Also, the ex is back looking for me...

I was always more healthy and in shape than my ex. I just remained focused on making music and promoting it. I didn't like how she was negative. She had no hobbies so she was clingy and wanted too much of my time. She needed constant reassurance and validation. She needed me because she was a single mom and I said I never would date a single mom but I went for her anyway. But I was seeing someone else since we weren't official yet. Honestly, she didn't want to lose me to another woman so she tried to get me. Once she got me she found someone else. I learned that women love/like you for who you are then they spend time breaking you down and changing you. After they change you they leave for the guy who you used to be. So always be yourself. Don't change for anyone.

Don Smith she was sweet and loving at first, she was the perfect woman for me, everything I wanted in a woman. Fast forward to about six months later and she turned out to be a nasty girl. Constantly put me down and tried to stop me from going out with my friends, pulled me away from my family, called my money “our money” (even though her money was for herself), constantly guilt tripped me for anything as simple as not cuddling her to sleep. She would demand to check through my phone and actually got pissed off when she couldn’t find proof that I had been cheating on her, one time she wouldn’t speak to me for days.. Because she had a fucking DREAM that I cheated on her. But, I was young and naive, she was older and would tell me that those things were normal in a relationship. In the end I had enough. She drove me away from her so I finished with her and never looked back. This is partly why I think the no contact rule is bullshit.. When I left my ex girlfriend, I felt free like a heavy weight came off my chest, I found myself again, now I’m in an amazing relationship with a woman who really is perfect for me, as I am for her

I feel like people get too comfortable when they're in a relationship and they take things for granted. They stop doing all of the things they should be doing, like taking GREAT care of themselves, doing things for others, examining the problems in their relationships, learning about women/men, creating a life they enjoy etc. If you are constantly a work in progress and trying to live your best life and treating women/men well, you will have great relationships because you will be doing the WORK. Relationships are work not a vacation. If you want that special woman back then do what you need to do to improve yourself to make yourself attractive to her again. You don't need to give up and move on, just do the work and show her that you're different, you've evolved. You will have to do it anyway but it takes more effort to start from scratch with another woman than to reignite the flame with a woman you've already built something with. I agree that you shouldn't "chase" but, let her know VERY subtly that's she still on your mind and that you haven't lost interest. Don't stalk her. Act confident even if it's killing you inside. She wants & needs to see your strength. Give her the space she needs to begin to miss you. She'll start to notice that you're changing and the attraction will begin to build again. Take it slow. Good luck everyone.

They don't care that kids need a mom and a dad. Now that Brad got sober she is still fighting to give him zero visitation. Nothing but vindictiveness. And in the long run it damages your children. But a parent that is narcissistic think their kids don't need anyone but them.

Thank you so much for the words of wisdom and encouragement. I am so grateful that I listen to your videos. I am 51 years old and I'm barely learning the true dynamics of women. One thing that I'm confused about is. Women are attracted to a man that is focused on his own goals, that's self confident. However what do you when a woman complains that you don't spend enough time with her? Alot of women desire attention and admiration. It seems like relationships are not about comprising. It's about a man accommodating his significant other. Yes alot of women in today's society are hypergamous. Women don't love men for who they are. They love what they can do for them. Alot of them are not emotionally stable either. I guess that it's true that you can't sacrifice your happiness just to make a woman happy. Hope you continue to make more videos.😊

We were totally in love with each other but I made a small mistake and she led me to believe she needed some space, ok she got it. (It was a work romance). I backed off and she chased me at every turn but she kept backing away when I asked her out. So, I walked. Being angry, she went to HR, said I was stalking her which ultimately got me fired. So, although I still love her, I may be their if she needs me but even if she begged and groveled she will never get me back. After five years with her living out in Tahoe, she is now texting hints. Beauty is skin deep but ugliness goes clear to the bone.

All these dating advice boils down to how much you value yourself, how much self respect you have. Once you establish your self worth everything fall in place automatically. Just to point out a few quotes and points that I personally love and can't agree more in this presentation. 1. We're not robots, we have feelings, it's hard to let someone go, but you're gonna look back, feel better and be more successful 6 months from now if you take that pain right now. 2. Remembering things you didn't like about her is not for putting her down. It's about painting a more realistic picture of her and your relationship. And keep the list to yourself. 3. Happiness is your job. A woman can add to your happiness but no woman is the source of your happiness. Happiness born from your genuine desire in life, a good woman is only there to make it better. 4. You're whole, awesome and complete the way you are right now. You don't need a woman to complete you.

As a 50 year old, I tried so hard and I don't think I could have treated a woman more perfectly. We seemed perfect for each other and had a wonderful 3 week holiday in the south of France. We lived separately and she lost her mum a couple of months ago, I supported her so much and all seemed great. Recently our intimacy became less and I eventually brought up the subject... She left immediately and we are over. I am devastated and feel alone, family have helped and I have left her alone. It is awful to be told that "it was never going to work" I am doing my best to move forward and hope to feel happy again. Good luck with anyone who has the same pain.

I remember... going to counseling before we got married to get to the core of our issues and I have addressed my concerns over a particular man in her life while I watched the therapist asks her and hear the response...time later, my instinct was true... she was cheating Yes I want marry after that...and during a marriage counseling to correct communication, I as this therapist now focused on her mishaps... comes in the house from a toddlers birthday party with passion marks on her neck claiming, "I was blah, blah, blah... VKRGFAN it's almost like the aliens wisked away all the "normal" women and so men are so fed up wasting their time getting their hopes bashed every time they go on a date that they just give up on women. I left the States because of that in 1997. I would average one very short relationship every 5 years in the States but down here in south america I average 1 every year. They remain short term because I just don't want to raise a family which is what these women want. But at least I can be with someone till they decide to search for greener pastures.
@nathanclevland3994 жыл бұрын
I was just dumped too by the "love of my life". Even though the whiny baby part of my brain doesn't want to accept it the harsh truth is that these woman are simply not the love of our life. Neither of us have experienced true love yet nor do we know what it is obviously since we THOUGHT we did but here we are right... So lets do ourselves a favor and remember #1 shes not the love of our life. Even though our exes said it 100 times probobally, it was just something we said out of pleasant feeling. #2 thinking we lost the love of our life is extrememly toxic and will only be counterintuitive to moving on or trying to get her back. #3 if we never get back with our exes we will more than likely find another girl that we will reach true love with. #4 we have a purpose in life to work on that is far more important than a woman. #5 God is always there and he loves us more than anything. #6 it is 100% truth that we do not need a woman to live a content life. Peace, happiness, contentment, purpose.. these are not things that come from the world or any woman for that matter. They come from God and we can be the greateat version of ourself without any of these things we feel we need.

In a break up your goal should be to end it with dignity. Don't go back to sleeping with them. That just makes it way worst. Ones u verbally say u want out or she says she ones out don't sleep with them again. Don't humiliate ur self man or woman. End it like a lady or a gentleman. Like my grandma says "Conduct ur self with decency". And work out weights and sports will be your best friends.

Leave me on Valentine's day, broke up with me through phone on Valentine's and gave away my bouquet of Flowers to an event at her work. Wow. Suddenly. I'm not as important. I was dumped on my birthday then she apologized and got back with me again a few months ago. After our lockdown we didn't meet for almost 2-3 months. Then yesterday she said no more after being in a relationship for three years. I wrote her messages, left her voice notes, and even drove a long way to see her. At the end of the day she couldn't even look me in the eyes. She cried because she had to be there and do a difficult thing, rather than for me. She was cold and she said she fell out of love. It happened without warning. Women are wishy washy with their feelings, and have roller coaster emotions. But I can tell you driving there, I made a big mistake. It took away my dignity and self respect and I felt like shit on my drive home. I felt like I was begging to get her to love me again. She just blocked me on everything in the end, emotionlessly. Thank you for this video because it emphasizes self respect and helps you realize that something ending can always be a good beginning. To love yourself before you can love another and to have that person join along willingly rather than force them to be your happiness. The wound is fresh and difficult to manage during the covid quarantine but atleast I know I can count on these videos being stuck at home. This too shall pass.

I've been watching videos like these before bed, keeping active and healthy, staying busy, and even sought out a therapist. The only thing I have issues with on this list is the join the gym, get in shape thing. Its not that men and women shouldn't do that if they aren't already doing it. Its the point that why did you wait till you got dumped or ended the relationship to get in shape, lose weight, whatever it is? I believe men and women should make an effort to maintain the interest of their mate by staying in shape, while they're in the relationship. Maybe more relationships would be saved.

It's to keep your mind busy and focus on yourself, it worked for me. Turn that anger/deppression into power and pump those weights. I guess its for people with no hobby, hitting the gym is pretty good and boosts your ego.

She left me yesterday after a heated argument, last night she tells me that I have her heart and I can keep it forever, this morning I wake up and I’m deleted from all social media
