This is entertaining and all, but to have individual people represent whole countries is somewhat (or perhaps a lot of) nonsense. The people picked for these video's represent your average progressive western millennial, not a country. Friends with benefits in Egypt?? That girl does not represent Egypt. The channel never claims to be anthropological in any sense, but I would ditch the country of origin for most of these video's as half the time they do not represent a country or barely scratch the surface.

@@gewglesux generally speaking for men there is a difference between sexual attention and relationship attention. They are sexually opportunistic, if you put sex in front of them they will take it. Loved Marcus and his insights. Nice to know not all American men view sex as such a light thing. Personally, I find the current standardized hookup culture appalling. Even though birth control and protection removed many of the risks associated with casual sex so it no longer has the same consequences, many people still completely disregard the emotional toll it takes on society. With sex being so easily available it is 500 times harder to find someone who will actually love you and bother to get to know you as a human being as opposed to a piece of meat. Especially as a woman. In the old days, men had to wine and dine women and potentially marry them if they wanted to get any action. This raised responsible men who took care of their women and accepted responsibilities before being granted certain "privileges". Nowadays men can spend 2$ at McDonald's and expect you to put out just to dump you in the middle of the night. Forget about looking for a serious relationship or anybody to think of you as more than a piece of meat. I don't want to live on this planet anymore.

as Dave Chappelle said, "you flood the market with p*$$$, the value goes down." Progressive women pretend that it is empowering to goe toe to toe with men when it comes to sexual encounters when in fact, it leaves them empty, bitter and slone in the end. Lots of the "strong women empowerment" these days are really just performative activism that holds no weight in reality.

Interesting video, the truth is that it also depends what to call a ONS. For example in social dance culture through a connection on a dance floor the experience can be so emotional, deep and irresistable /confusing "what is it about?! Why there is such a strong chemistry at the first sight". Some people might see each other only once at a festival and end up to go explore further most often probably not just for the sake of sx but more of continuing the amazing unique connection or perhaps giving a test ride to see if it can be a relationship. And sometimes it ca n result in a love story and even a family, at other times it is sort of a ONS situation. But it is not always meant like that, just logistically living in different cities and countries it can be hard even to have a proper date. It can result in a crush and somewhat hazy unclear communication, and might take time to recover to people who are more naive and less resilient I'd say, if you are more of a daydreamer type. Although there might be a case also when one of the partners clearly doing it as a ONS (or a flame kind of thing) or FWB but the other is more into dating, romance and possibly a committed relationship or not fully understanding what the borders are. Which can become a mismatch. There are narcissistic players as well using their charms manipulating women. I assume also some people in a rsh might want to have something on the side and not be fully honest with that (ONS/FWB) partner upfront. On another note there are situations when you have 1-2 dates with someone and decide to give a try to sx as well possibly because of being celobate for way too long, or some people have difficulty saying no, stopping in the right time hoping "it will be ok" but it might be a mistake so one would not feel like continuing and it would still technically be a ONS. So the first thing to figure out what the terms mean ;). Myself personally I regretted some faster connections even they were not technically ONS, I knew the men before the night but decided not to continue or he would not be available for one reason or another or the communication got wierd. In any case not my preference. However in each there were some beautiful healthy moments as well, it still added something to the experience and helped me to understand myself better. I see not point in ONS for myself. if it is very good why not to develop it further, if it is bad why would you even do that first thing? Sexuality is sacred for me.

Thank you very much for the diversity in opinions on these topics. I am also someone who values intimacy and would not want to separate physical from emotional intimacy. Even though we are spiritual beings, we experience our everyday interactions on a physical level. A fist bump, shaking hands, hugging, waving to another. Talking and listening are also interactions we would not be able to do without our bodies. And so I think that it is important to reserve certain physical interactions only to people that really mean something to us in order to keep the physical interaction meaningful to us. When I am with someone I want my significant to know what it means to me to share this part of my life with her and the other way around.

As an Arab woman, I dont think arab women would "kiss and tell". The question was If they think nightstands are fun. She might think but havent actually been in one, especially saying something like this out loud on social media might risk her family seeing this and as an arab we fear our parents reaction because intimate stuff is supposed to be between the husband and wife, mind you arab guys can sleep around but most arab girls are still afraid to be judged/ called bad names or worse shunned by their family. Now Im sure some arab girls do get intimate with a guy (especially if they live abraod away from their family) but they wont advertise it out of this fear I mentioned earlier. I doubt any arab parents know their daughter is having sex outside of marriage and are okay with it... if this exists I think its rare.

Happy Thursday Marina! The 1 night stands I have experienced, I had seen the woman once, twice, or three times and that was it. My last 1 night stand with a woman was back in May 2019 and she drove 3 hours from Orlando to spend the day and night with me as I live in Miami and her and I had been talking for about almost half a year at that point in time but she was someone who I was interested in at the time but then she told me the next morning as she was getting ready to drive back to Orlando that she wasn't looking for anything serious at the moment so I left it at that although we had a good time but we kept talking from time to time until she ghosted me. It happens but I move forward from it. Her and I first met in August 2017 through a mutual friend and then I saw her again in December 2018 when I went to visit my friend who lives in St. Cloud and my friend was the one told me that she was interested in me. It happens but we all go through it. Sending love from Miami, Florida, USA 🇺🇲

They are definitely fun but their long-term affects are devastating, both on the individual and the society as a whole. The institution of the home and family is damaged beyond repair and family values are eroded.
