100,000 in a year that's 273 per day / wow. Legend has it that Hershel Walker never lifted weights but only did hundreds of pushups a day

legend also has it that he only ate approximately 1k calories per day, and the diet was centered around soup, or some such shit.

David, that's B's, I don't doubt that Walker did do that many push-ups but he had to a lifted weights to get those biceps and quadriceps. 💪

Plot twist: he did quarter reps on every push-up so technically he only did 25000 in a year.

Congrats to Grandpa too for doing all those push-ups! It reminds me of when I was 10 and my father said he would give me $10 if I could do 10 pull-ups, so I had to work at it, but it did not take long to work up to it.

Even if he was doing bad form in 3rd grade he was still in 3rd grade. Let’s just consider how much discipline it takes to do that especially at that age where kids are usually very immature. Let’s just appreciate the fact that he was trying and look at him now he is one of the best wrestlers on the planet. He placed 2nd at the 2021 mens world freestyle championships.

I watched the refs steal a victory from Surianao, so it was sweet revenge tournament time. Ref cost Fix a title by giving him an unearned victory which motivated Surianao big time. Dayton, u should have refused to accept victory at that time and praised Surianao. Maybe u would have beaten a less motivated version of him.

@@jaimemccallon2259 1200 pushups everyday? 48 sets of 25 everyday? Lets be generous and say you slept 6 hours per day while you were "locked up". @James-yz6jc5 жыл бұрын
J. T. When I was in prison I did 40 sets of 25 in each workout. 1000. For pull ups I did 30 sets of ten in each work out. 300. Workouts take about two hours respectively but it’s. Of that hard when it’s all you do for two years

Start powerlifting(Squat/Bench Press/Deadlifts), gymnastics, rowing and rock climbing, too. Nothing like live wrestling, chain wrestling and situational wrestling. Find the best guys, who are a level above you, to wrestle. Get a pull up bar, too, for a door in your house. Do towel pull ups and rope climbs without the aid of your feet. Plyometrics(explosive jumps) and true sprints(count down from 10) are beneficial ancillary exercises. Constant pressure and chain wrestle the full match. Stronger, faster and smarter wins the match. Film study to learn new moves. Hand fighting and hand control to gain access to open shots and upper body throws are important, too.

@11codyhale3 жыл бұрын
So you were there? You know exactly how he did his push ups?? You can GUARANTEE it??? Well take it from someone who saw it happen. This dude has been a freak of nature ever since I met him. He did the push ups. Real push ups.. and much more than just push ups. Dude had a wrestling mat in his garage forever. Put his head down and never boasted about himself. Don’t talk about something you don’t know.
