How This Study Developed:
This 3/4 Shimmy Study was developed over several years. Datura Style teachers and I tested, refined, and retested several drafts of this technique approach until we had this challenging, but very effective sequence. In particular, this study includes an option for finger cymbals, which adds a challenging twist to this practice.
