Sadly I went through something similar to this during quarantine in 2020. My dad's friend lived with us at the time and I was 12-13. One morning I woke up and saw him there at my door to my room since I lived on the second floor, going into my room lying on my bed and caressing his hands on my body. I didn't know what to do because I didn't know what was happening I was afraid and if I said something he would hurt me or my family since I was a 12 year old. Please do not be silent like I was. Trust me situations like this I'll give you bad consequences and I almost had to face the consequences of teenage pregnancy. For people who have or is going through this I am so sorry for you guys and I hope there's good people in the world who can help you and take care of you. ( This is a true story that I wish I forgot about and thank you all so much for the kind support)

So so proud of the mom for automatically believing her daughter ! I just went thru a similar situation. My little sister just turned 13 in August.. she FINALLY came forward and told us her dad has been raping her since she was 10.. I immediately went to go pick her and my brother up , took them to my house , called the police and told my mom. My mom DID NOT believe her and I’m so thankful to God she has older siblings that did believe her and took up for them.. This happened back in July. He had her in their room abusing her EVERY SINGLE DAY when my mom went to work. I’m so thankful he didn’t end up impregnating her ! We had to do multiple interviews with detectives and she got evaluated by doctors for sexual assault. He is in jail they arrested him a couple days later and my mom was removed custody of both kids. Me and my GMA has full custody of the both of them and if my mom wants to see them they have to be supervised visits at one of our houses they’re not allowed at hers anymore. No matter what we should ALWAYS believe our kids 10000X before anyone idgaf who it is ! I’m so glad they’re both safe now and he’s rotting in jail. It’s crazy and scary how common this shit is fr.
