I can’t really teach how to make character’s cause I don’t even know anymore. I’ve made so many redesigns lately, but a good first step is to find a style you like. If you have an idea of a style you can make your characters fit into that style (but don’t copy others). Having characters in different styles can make them look odd when they are on screen together and stuff.
